The Board of Directors of CAL-ILA invites you to join us for the Third
annual Hot August Nights Performance Only Show
Note: No Youth Judging Class.
First time ever: MASTER PERFORMANCE and ALPACA PERFORMANCE CLASSES

Entry Fee: $15.00 Adult per
class.
CAL-ILA member pay per class $12.00
$7.50 Senior Citizen per class. (Age 62 or better)
$7.50 Youth per class.
Jackpot class $25.00 (all entry fees will be prorated and given back to
the first 3 placings).
Exhibitors who are not ALSA members must also pay $30.00 to show their
llamas in ALSA classes.
Members must send a copy of their ALSA card with their entry or present
it at check-in.
ALSA Fee: There will be a
$5.00 fee per animal entered in ALSA classes.
Entry Deadline:
August 2, 2010. Entries
after that will not be listed in the Show Program
Stall Fee: None.
Bring your panels.
Lots of area available for stake-outs.
Panels available, but limited.
First come first bases.
Please clean up areas on departure.
Health Requirements:
None, however because animals will be housed at the ranch, Lora requests
you worm our animals before the show.
Out of State Exhibitors:
The State of California requires a Health
Certificate within 30 days of transportation.
Dogs: Lora has 3 Livestock
dogs living at the ranch.
They will be confined during the show.
If you must bring dogs they should be confined at all times or on
leash.
ILR ARI or CLRC Registration:
As a performance show, animals do
not have to be registered (ie: performance, youth and Non Breeders).
Arrival: Anytime on Friday
or early Saturday morning.
Exhibitors meeting start at 9 AM Saturday morning followed by Junior
Youth Obstacle at approximately 9:30 AM.
Departure: Anytime.
Awards: Ribbons to fifth
place for each class.
Ribbons and Special items awarded for Performance Champions and Reserve
Champions for both adult and Youth.
RV Parking: No fee. Lots of
space for RV parking. No
hook-ups. Must be self
contained.
Camping: Lots of space to
camp. Lots of tree shade.
Bring your tents, pop-ups for additional shade, and panels for
llamas, tie-out equipment, and any other stuff needed.
Port-a-Potties provided.
Vendors: All are welcome.
$20 fee will be charged and payable at the show.
Bring Pop-Ups for shade, table and chairs, and any other items
needed to present your products.
Saturday: We will attempt
to have a food vendor available.
Evening meal on your own or we will take a collection for a
Barb-B-Q, Pizza or Chicken dinner delivered.
The Alpaca and Llama Show Association, Inc. (ALSA) approved this show.
All rules and guidelines will be in accordance with the 15th Edition
ALSA Handbook.
