CAL-ILA offers a number of clinics throughout the year aimed at all levels of experience, from the person just getting acquainted with llamas to the experts. You don't even need to own a llama to attend one of our clinics!

Vacaville
Margaret Drew host this full day event at her ranch in Vacaville. Margaret is an ALSA and ILR certified judge and designs many of the obstacle courses for llama and alpaca shows throughout the year. -
Shearing Clinic - April 30
Grass Valley
Rick and Mary Adams host this annual event at their Wild Oak Llama Ranch in Grass Valley. EstherSue Sykes and other professional llama shearers lead demonstrations on clipping your llama. You can bring your own llama, or use one from the ranch! - Llama Parade Pack and Blanket Clinic -

Vonnie Sumner leads this hands-on clinic designing and constructing parade packs and costumes for you and your llama. Bring your own supplies or dip into Vonnie's personal stash! Just in time for summer parades and shows. - Llama Driving Clinic - September 5

Dennie Hansen is planning a driving clinic at the Solano County Fairgrounds this year. Ground Driving and Cart Driving will be covered so you don't need to own a cart to participate. - Llama Craft Clinic - November
