Minutes
Reading the minutes of the Board Meeting will provide a sense of where the organization has been and where it is going. Preparing the Minutes is a prime responsibility of the organization's Secretary. CAL-ILA does not post the minutes on the website until they are officially approved by the Board of Directors, usually at the subsequent meeting.
